Homoeo Cure for Infertility.

By Mohideen Basha

Homoeopahy practitioners now claim to have safer, cheaper and more proficient solutions than conventional modern medicine for treatment of infertility. Around 250 experts in Homoeopahy medicine offered their success stories, many of which bordered on miracles, at a conference, homoeopahy hospital at Chennai/India.

Take the case of Shanthi and Rajan, who had tried a variety of treatments for infertility, for four years. Rajan 38 had undergone surgery for hydrocele and variocele and then, the couple even tried assisted reproductive therapy-WF and IUI, without success. They were finally advice to adopt a child, as nothing had worked. Opting for a homoeopahic cure was just a ‘last try’ and Rajan was put on a “Nux Vomica 1M” drug regime, based on his ‘constitution” and four months later, the couple conceived. They had spent nearly Rs. 1.2 million on all the possible infertility treatments, but the homoeopathic regime cost them Rs.2,500/- only.

With the success of homoepathy spreading through word or mouth, Chennai/India is reportedly becoming a hub for childless couples from Andrapradesh, Karnataka, who look for alternative therapy, after strenuous conventional options available. The most common problems faced by childless-like low sperm count in men, and polycystic ovaries and hormonal disorders in women – are treated with person-specific drugs in the homoeopathic system.

Dr.Gnanasambantham, also the editor or the Homoeo Times Journal says: “Conditions like hydrocele and variocele, which result in low sperm count, can only be treated surgically in the modern system of medicine. Homoepathy offers non surgical options that are 45 to 50 per cent successful.”
